Hi... the look of piping is great about the grill cloth on a cab! How exactly do you go about doing that? From what I understand, you just staple it down and push the grill up against it?

What about putting piping in the actual tolex (like in orange cabs and amps). Would I just staple the piping down and butt the tolex up to each side?

  3. From what I can remember about the piping on a cab, the wood had a slot/groove in it and the piping was pressed in over the tolex.

on ampeg cabs its stapled around the outside edges of the grill ... but if your grill doesnt have it all ready your grill may be to wide and tall after you add the piping ... do your measures before you add it .....
