Anyone know anything about installing a small LCD voltage indicator - where to get the LCD, instructions, etc.? I think it's a bit tacky, really, but being the curious type, I couldn't help but wonder.

You wanna build a voltmeter into your bass? Isn't that going a bit too far? :rollno: :smug:

How's about simply a led that goes on if the voltage falls under a level, like BassLabs did?

A friend of mine installed two female connectors on his cavity cover that he plugs his multitester into and it looks nice and clean.

Yeah that's really a better option even though it doesn't look as cool.

I saw a picture of a Lakland someone was selling and just wondered how it was done and where the meter came from. Personally, it goes against the simple, clean-cutness that I like. I, too, would rather have an LED.

I like the meter idea. Anyways, it goes on the back cover. I would like to install this in a bass of mine.
