Is it a bad idea to leave my pedals powered when I'm not using them? And I don't mean on, but plugged in. I usually unplug 'em but I just had to reshuffle the power sockets to make way for a new amp and now my pedals aren't on the power strip anymore, so I forget to unplug 'em sometimes. Do I even need to worry?

If your pedals are powered by batteries, the yes it's bad to leave the pedals plugged in. A pedals' circuitry is always powered on if an cord is plugged into the input jack. It will drain the batteries.

If your pedals are powered from a power supply, then there's no harm in leaving them plugged in. It doesn't hurt them if your power supply is plugged in either, I've left my pedalboard at home plugged in for weeks.
