Leg cramps and compression tights

    I'd speak to your physician for sure. In the mean time, have you thought about wearing compression stockings to bed? I know, I know- when you think of compression stockings you think of senior citizen sort of thing. However, I wear knee-high compression stockings to bed every night for varicose vein and leg cramp issues, and I find that they work quite well for me. I have much better sleep because of them. They come in all sorts of lengths and compression ratings. I personally wear the highest compression which are the 30-40lb. You need a prescription for those. Good luck!
