For my wife from my 11 year old son. Nothing more than say $30.

She will probably like something he did himself better
    than 30 bucks.

My wife has origami and artwork all over the place that
the kids have given her. It's the thought that counts.

IMO... 'Thor' is on the right track. When I was a little kid, I used to go out in the fields behind our Texas home and pick wildflowers... especially bluebonnets and Indian paint brushes... and give them to mom on her special day... was always good for a hug and a kiss! ;)

I know this isn't really a gift idea, but I read somewhere that what most women want on Mother's Day is a trouble free meal with the family. Maybe the two of you could whip something up.

I got my mom tupperware. Well, not name brand Tupperware, but a ton of resealable food containers. She loves those, and hers are all old and with mismatched lids.

    Moms love tupperware.

I got my fiance's mom a bunch of seeds for her garden, flower bed, gazebo, etc. She likes working outside, and I'm on a budget. Win, win, if you ask me.

Still haven't gotten my mother anything yet.

  10. if he's 11, homemade is best, and he's still at an age where he can get away with it...

otherwise, i know my mom is a huge fan of Burt's Bees products
