Let's see some funky bridges!

  1. My heavily modified Squier (only the wood and nut are original) plays and sounds better than any bass I put up against it. I got it used so I can't pinpoint it's awesomeness but I attribute a lot of it to the honkin piece of brass anchoring the strings. Anyone else got a unique bridge?

    It's a cool looking bridge. But I'd bet you a dollar if you were to swap to a standard bent plate, recorded samples with each bridge and listened to them blindly, you wouldn't be able to identify which sample has which bridge.

    Well...you might guess right. You'd have a 50/50 chance.
