It's company in the UK. The name escapes me, but I think it begins with a G.

  7. i'm absolutely positive that gold bass is a basslab. i'm also positive that it is far from ugly IMO.

it was made by ritter guitars, who make some other VERY NICE guitars, pity they went all overkill and made the gold one. :(

Actually, its from Jens Ritter. He's in germany though, so you get partial credit :)

Jens is a real bang up guy; although I never ordered anything from him he was always there to answer my questions on woods, tones, etc.

I'm sure his basses aren't slouches, either.

Ritter! Thank you. I couldn't remember that for nothing. It wasn't as heavy as I thought it would be. They wouldn't let the guys from BP play it, after they left, he looks at me and says, "Go ahead, give it a go."

i spose it sounded wonderful, but i couldnt have that hanging on my wall.....its terrible!
it reminds me of a pimps car, with spoked hubs and fluffy innards!

  14. well, hopefully, you wouldn't let that bass or any bass for that matter just hang on your wall.
