Light weight amp heads.

    Does anyone here have one of the new 3 1/2 pound amp heads? How do you like them if so. I see the power is right up there on them?

    I have eight or nine of the light weight heads, ranging from 200 to 900 watts. Power isn't an issue with any of them. I like them all, some more than others. Some weigh a little more than 3½ pounds, some weigh as little as 2 pounds.

    They are:

    Gallien Krueger MB200 (2)
    Gallien Krueger MB800
    Gallien Krueger MB Fusion 800
    Glockenklang Blue Soul
    Genz Benz Shuttle 9.0
    Eden WTX-500
    TC Electronic RH750
    Aguilar Tone Hammer 500

    The only non-Class D head I have left is my old Eden WT-300, but it weighs only 13 pounds.

    Uhhh ... 11 pounds? That's a little more than 3½ pounds when talking about the 60-pound head/rack it replaced.
