Alright, i know this has been talked about before including by my self, But im planning to run fiber optics under my fret board and light my face fret markers and my side fret markers.

    My question is:
    1. with the face dots i need some type of material to diffuse the light from only a few strands of fiber optics. Does anyone have any idea what i could use for this. I want the markers to have the apperence of looking normal, and still be able to light up.

    2. For a light source im planning to use a unit like this ( http://www.fiberopticproducts.com/danise/cart.pl?db=stuff.dat&category=Fader I would like to use the unit with 4 LEDs).
I need something that will direct the light from all four of those LEDs in to one bundle of fiber optics.

My bass is a single cut, and i plan to mount all this in the area that is not cut out.

    Any help is appreciated,
