All the talk about the Markbass, Shuttle 6.0 and now maybe the Eden wtx500....are the DI outs protected from phantom power?
I am running a BP41 with a Peavey DPC1400x and an Ashly Tech told me phantom power could damage the BP41.

So I could drop another 10lbs. from my rig with a new microamp but are they vulnerable to phantom power as well? If anyone knows.

Also, if I liked the BP41 preamp better could I bypass the Shuttle's preamp and still use the power section?

    Thanks....
