  1. Hey everyone.

Hopefully I'm posting this in the right place. Does anyone have any suggestions for a pouch for a Line 6 G70 transmitter that I can place on my guitar strap? I saw the Neotech one after searching for a bit but was wondering if there are other suggestions or is that the best one to go for? I think the G70 transmitter is a little bigger than the G30 or G50 ones.

I use the Neotech for my G70. The only thing I don't like about it is the strap that holds the transmitter inside the pouch is a little wide for where the input jack is placed, and it won't center properly. But it does work and I don't suffer from OCD :D so it's fine for me. Probably your best bet out of the pouches I found with a Google search.

  3. Thanks Jimmy! I'm reading some reviews saying you may need to use a right angled cable for the transmitter while it's in the pouch. Is that true? Or will a straight angled cable work? If so I may as well buy one while I'm getting the Neotech. I've just been using the straight angled one that came with the G70 in the box.

I've done both and I prefer the straight plug. I loop it up and around and thread it through the inside of the pouch for strain relief.

  5. So there's no actual issues with fitting a straight angled cable in the input while the transmitter is in the pouch? Happy days if so :)

Only the one I told you about where you'll have to maneuver the pouch's strap a little off center to get it to fit.

I simply put a piece of velcro through my strap to create the perfect mounting strip for the g70 transmitter. This way the cable runs the same direction as the strap. Ill post a pick

I toyed with the idea of doing that velcro thing, but vetoed it because my usual strap has a tail that's thinner than the rest of the strap and I didn't think it would be secure. Plus I like having some sort of strain relief. That said, it's certainly more elegant than duct tape.
