List of Best Bass Resale Descending

    I got to thinking about my next bass purchase and wanted to factor in resale. I know the The Top of the List for main stream basses is probably pre-CBS P and J maybe tied with Rick. But how does the rest of the list fill out i.e Warwick, Ibanez. Thanks!

    Just about any bass has good resale value if bought used at a fair market value. New is a different story.

    Resale depends on a lot of factors, including how willing you are to negotiate on your price when it comes time to sell. If you are talking about instruments holding their value enough to recoup your investment, I would say none of them.
