Local Concert

  1. I went to a local concert last night.....It sucked....total waste of $5....First act was a super emo solo act with an acoustic guitar, I felt kinda bad for him because he was singing "Hit Me Baby One More Time" and everyone was laughing, sad really. Next act was alright, the singing was horrible thought, the bassist had a BC Rich, I hate those things. The next act was horrible(though the crowd loved them), it had a pianist, two(2) guitarists, one bassist that switched with the pianist every once in a while, and a drummer. They were full of techno bull****, i hated them. One instument would start, then another on top of that, then another, and it kept on going till everyone was playing the same thing, over and over and over and over, they did like seven songs too...then finallly all the bands just messed around and made **** up, that was funny because the singer said random lyrics that were hilarious. sorry i just had to get it off my chest, now i feel much better! :hyper:

Sounds like a typical, young aged original show. Thus the reason the music scene sucks, the music itself sucks.

  4. Argh. I hate it when people think it's funny to cover "Hit me baby". It's not funny. When people cover a bad song to begin with, it doesn't get better, except for comedic value. And then that wares off as fast as your IQ during a Carrott Top preformance.

  5. sad thing is, he wasnt trying to be funny. (I'm not kidding either)
