Great song, fun to play. :) I usually play it on feel and not exactly as the original.

The chords are the same in the intro, verses and choruses:

    E, A, F#m7, B7

    Bridge 1:

    E/G#, C#m7, F#m7, B7 x2

    Bridge 2:

    Em7, D/E, Em7, Em7
    Em7, D/E, Am7, Bm7
    D/F#-G, Am7, Am7, Bm7
    D/F#-G, Am7, Bm7-B7sus4, B7

The bassline in all parts except bridge 2 follow the E major scale, and in bridge 2 it's the E minor or minor pentatonic/blues. In the last bar of bridge 2 you can use the notes in the E major scale again, to "reinforce" the modulation back to E major.

(I didn't do an in-depth chord analysis here, so some additional color tones might exist in some chords that are not written out. But that was not the intention either).

    Hope this helps. :)
