  1. Where should I go to get some loctite? I know that one type of loctite needs to be heated to be removed and one dosn't, could someone tell me which one is which? thanks

    I been everywhere, man...
    None. At all.
    I get the Loctite threadlocker blue or green, depending on what I want it to do.

    It can be found at Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Home Depot, or the like.
  3. Blue is high grip and can be overcome with hand tools while the red has even more grip but needs heating to remove.

    I don't have a clue about the green :confused:

    You can find Loctite at any auto parts store.
    Green Loctite is the weakest of the bunch, and the hardest to find. Use the blue, and dont use too much.

    I used to use the blue to hold together
    my Triumph 750 Tiger.

    Parts used to come flying off, so they needed to be glued on.

    One whiff of the stuff told me it was an acetone based product = clear nail polish.

    Raid the little lady's makeup drawer.
    Heck, raid all the drawers!
