I just hope it wasnt a fender.....
I dont know why, but i sort of like it.
I'm actually strangely attracted to it. I definetly want to play it.
Won't go as fast as a Squire.
I like it.
A lot of white out, a lot of free time, and brain cells to kill.
How psychobilly...except it's not an upright bass, but they did paint on a little coffin upright bass in the background to make up for that fact.
Looks like they covered it in fake zebra fuzz, but it could also just be the picture quality. Either way... fugly.
That is awesome!!!!!! It matches my entire wardrobe!
Looks absolutely rediculous to me.
Theres too many of these threads.. If someone wants to colour in a bass they bought with their money, by all means go ahead. That's not a stock Fender colour, so they have to get creative
Well the paint (if it's paint) pattern doesn't really match the pickguard, but it's funny.
They could've done much worse, too.
And what if it was a Fender? One less doesn't make that much difference with the million others out there
That just screams the Big Easy to me...
I wonder what type music that would fit?
zydeco, of course.
I suppose possibly Goth, but the fur doesn't really fit that.
Prolly just a Squier under there, but here's a painful thought...
Some dude, after a six-pack of beer, not realizing he had his hands on an all original mint 64 J in a rare Duco finish, decides he doesn't like "that damn girly color", picks up a tube of liquid nails adhesive off the workbench and rips some fake fur off of an old halloween costume... the rare matching headstock gets the same treatment...
i actually want it...badly lol. i'd say it belongsin a psychobilly band (if there was an electric bassist ina psychobilly band) or an offshoot of AFI or Danzig or something.
I'm with you...it's kinda "nifty".
that things killer if you ask me.
Oh man, how could someone do that to 1 of only 2 jazz basses in existence?!?
