Look what happened to my Atleier Z

    It turned into a Lakland 55-63!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Thats a really nice top. How does it sound with the bassline pickups in it?

    To tell you the truth, I'm just as impressed by that hardwood floor as I am with the bass. :confused:

    Looks like Funky C is the owner for the Z huh! Yeah, I was a previous owner of that bass too! If you called Lakland, they will tell you the bass was a NAMM special for Willie Weeks. Very Very nice. Good job Nino!

  19. I'm really happy with the Atelier I got in exchange for ole' bluie. It's my favourite of the high end J 5 (no, not Jurassic 5) basses I've owned, and I've owned most of the biggies: Sadowsky, Lull, FMT 5, F-Bass, etc. The Lakland was more aggressive, while the Atelier is more mellow--great for my fingerstyle playing. Thanks Nino. By the way, did Roger see what it was when it arrived at the shop?
