Valenti Bass #002
I still need to work on the nut, do a final set up & a few other minor things.
Did you get the decal problem solved Nino?
That is one gorgeous bass! (Severe GAS and jealousy pangs
Nino, I noticed on your site you're using the contoured neck heel option on warmoth bodies-
are you using a standard neckplate + bolts or threaded inserts, bolts+ collars?
any chance of a pic of the contoured heel?
Nice piece of Ash
That is a very pretty girl you have got there....
You really dont see many bound block necks on modern Jazz bodies without pickgaurds, but it looks wicked! I really like the way the headstock looks on the bass. I think the people who didnt like it before will change their minds once they see it on a finished bass.
Sweet job man!
How much longer till we see a Sherewood Green 5 string in a thread like this?
J/K Take your time getting everything together when you get all the stuff you need.
very cool, man..... very cool!
Very Nice, Nino
How much does it weigh?
Nino, you always amaze me with these basses. I think if I ever get the money I'm going to have to get you to make me a killer 5.
Great job on this one, I like the headstock all put together, too. What do you think of the contoured heel joint? I think it's one of our most underrated options.
the headstock is reminiscent of a bongo. i like it.
still saving my pennies for a 4A flame top on ash in blue dye
Nice bass! Definately like the contoured heel option.
The headstock reminds me of and A Bass.
I like the heel. Make it more confortable to play in the higher register.
BTW Brian, I'd really like to build a 5 string twin of this bass.
Great Job, Nino...
