I’ve got a Zoia and I want to run it into a ”pedal” that will power headphones. I’ve searched but not come across what I’m after. I’m assuming some sort of stereo preamp must exist with a headphone out.

    MUST HAVE
    1. 9v C- power that can be run from a One Spot or similar daisy chain.

    2. Stereo in. 1/4” jacks.

    3 Headphone out.

The closest I’ve found have been designs by Saturnworks and OBNE. Neither are stereo.
I’m open to a mini-mixer or preamp if the power supply is 9v but most of what I’m finding is 12v and up. I’d be interested up to about $150 before I start losing interest unless it’s a device with some extra interesting features.

    Show me what you got!

At least two in different ends of the price/feature scale- the Mooer Audiofile and the Neunaber Iconoclast

    Stereo?
I've got one and I'm pretty sure it is mono in.

Ah. Looks like the Mooer will do stereo-in with a TRS, so I’d need an adapter (or I might have one).

Do you know if the Iconoclast can be run “flat” with no cab sim, or if a flat profile can be loaded?

I’m not sure- I’ve never used either, just noted them when they were released. I would imagine that the Neunaber would have the option of “flat” though!

Though actually the Iconoclast isn’t an IR loader, the EQ controls all work as speaker-shapers/ emulators in themselves. I am still very curious to try one. I know there is software that allows more control as well.

Roils makes a PM 351. It doesn’t look like a pedal, but it’s small, does what you want, and will run off pedalboard power.

+1 on Rolls for a quick and inexpensive fix.

But I am confused ( so much ). Is the Zola a stereo-out bass? Then if you get a stereo-in pedal/device,
why would you need an adapter? Or does the Zola have 2 mono outputs? And if so, a 2-channel amp ( or dual amps ) might be another option, and something you might end up doing anyway? Sorry if I am way off here.

It doesn't exactly fit the bill, but I'm using a TC Electronic Mimiq (the full size) and with a TRS to 1/8" stereo cable I can plug my headphones right in. Dialed to maximum tightness it just adds a hint of doubling.

Zoia is a pedal that does stereo out via two mono 1/4” jacks (L/R). I’d need an adapter to have a stereo TRS to feed the boxes posted so far.

I want a box to make a mini pedal board I can play right to my headphones. The Zoia can function as a stand-alone synth with built in keys and/or step sequencer.

There’s a new “desktop” Zoia coming out soon which has a dedicated headphone out.

This works but I hate needing the second power supply.

Nice. I looked at a few Rolls boxes but missed the TRS Stereo In feature.

Why not use the small mixer you already have?
    9v is that important?

Yes. More space on the board and one cable for power. Extra warts make me pinch walls.

    Power rating of the mixer??
Possible to use a fuel tank adapter or something along the same line?

I know some power supplies can go from 9v to 18v. And have center negative/positive adapters. Plus they have plenty of mAh to power many pedals and stuff.

    Also check them out
MyVolts - Power supplies and other powering solutions

They have a ton of stuff, I got a small USB power supply for my SP. Life saver, the OG one is %^&$ huge.

I want to do it from a spare one spot. If I get another supply I might consider a Volto to go wireless.

Wireless is that important? More headaches than positives.....but that’s just IME...IMO....etc.....
I added a link in the above post, look em up.

    Edit:

I think this checks all the boxes on your list

Also worth considering if you find a non-9V one that ticks all your other boxes is using a voltage doubler/pump. Truetone makes a doubler that can be used on the One-Spot daisy-chain to get 18V. Godlyke used to make the Iso-Pump that could get other voltages too, but they don't seem to be available anymore.
