I want to replace my heavy (100+ lbs) Trace 4x10 with something alot lighter weight. I've heard alot about Aguilar's GS112's and am interested in them. We have no dealers in my area (mail order) so I'm looking for some good input from the masses. I play mainly classic rock and am currently (and forever) using a Mesa-Boogie 400+ amp.
    Thanks alot.
  2. LOTS of threads on this one. Do a search for GS112 or Aguilar cabs. We just had a thread last week about using the Mesa walkabout with the GS112's. That's the rig I have and love.

If you're looking at lightweight cabs, try the Nemisis 4x10 speaker. It's 450watts and only weight 35kg, (ie - half as much as most of most 4x10's, and the same weight as my Eden 2x10).
  5. Ashdown mini 48

    4 x 8" - 600 watts
    75hz to 20 khz
    20" x 19" x 13" - 66 lbs
