Looking for pianist to work on jazz

Discussion in 'Wanted: Bass Players' started by mjmeadowlark, Jan 16, 2017.

  1. Looking for jazz pianist to work on a body of jazz tunes. Play jazz but for the last number of years working on classical to learn bowing. Want to bring bow into jazz improvisation now.

You should take a quick look at the first posting on this thread titled "READ BEFORE POSTING" (caps theirs)

"Folks, this forum is for bands looking for bassists.
PLEASE! DO NOT post a new thread if you are a bass player looking for a gig!"

I was going to post something pretty much the same as your posting but, against my usual way, I read "READ BEFORE...". Which is to say that it's a natural inclination for a new TalkBass forum-er but I don't think you'll receive many replies, other than ones such as this. Good luck with your search for a pianist with whom you can work.
