i bought a 62sbj about 3 weeks ago . i have one noisy pod and i have no real tone control. so i looking just to upgreade the controls for now then i may get a set of pups. it 100.00 bass so i dont want to go nuts but im looking for some decent quality . something pre wired on a plate would be nice. push pull would be ok also . im really looking for some options is what im trying to say . tks again matt :help:

I'm not sure if I've ever seen a pre-wired bass control plate/pickguard before, but someone might make one somewhere. I haven't seen it, however.

One option is a Stewart-MacDonald (www.stewmac.com) complete rewiring kit. They have electronics kits for standard P-Bass and J-Bass setups. Every part you need comes in a little bag, for less than $20, if my memory serves. That should cover your control problems.
