So as the title says I lost my power cable to my small amp I have never used since I got my newer one. I have a computer power cable that fits the port on the amp and is three-pronged. Can this damage the amp?

The amp is a Fender 15w Rumble.

It's the same kind of cord. That is called an IEC connector, and it's the common thing for a lot of electronic devices these days. Use it, and you'll be fine.
