I have been reading about a Guyatone BB2 bottom blaster that is an outboard effect that supposedly accentuates the lower harmonics of the instrument to give that earth shaking type effect.I have not used one though, so anyone who has and would like to weigh in, please do.
  4. If you want massive low end, like dub bass, try running through a DOD FX-25 envelope follower with the filter set really high, so it doesn't open and give the "wah" effect. If you've got an 18" sub or two and plenty of power, that'll give you woof.
