Another Low End Jazz bass from Brian that I have had for several years and a few hundred gigs. It was custom built for another guy named Matt (aka @jacochops), so the only thing I'm unsure about is the body wood. It is finished in an incredible color called Daphne Blue and had a painted headstock which I found incredibly distracting, so I sanded it to natural. Brian sent me a new logo to put on it, but I never got around to it. I'm sure I can find it and include it.

There are some paint blemishes, all pictured, and the push/pull pots feel sloppy to me, but I never got around to replacing them with standard pots and toggle switches for the series/parallel feature.

This has been my daily bass for the past few years but I am looking to try other things. As I said in my other for sale thread (LEJ 6/24), I have baby no.5 on the way and am far less sentimental than I once was, so I am looking to sell and try a few other basses. Includes pearl white and tortoise pickguards.

    Build date: October 2009
    Strings: 4
    Scale: 34"
    Frets: 24
    Hardware: Chrome
    Spacing: 19mm bridge, 11mm nut
Wood: mahogany body (I THINK, may be alder), 3 piece maple neck, gorgeous Bird's Eye maple fingerboard with pearl blocks and cream binding
Electronics: standard V/V/T/b-treble stack, kill switch toggle, push/pull series/parallel on each volume, passive/active on the tone.

  3. I AM interested in trades, especially fretted four strings with narrow spacing at the nut.

That fingerboard is a work of art.
