Low tunings ans string size

    What size strings should I use for low tuning? I tune to C. I presently use 40-100, just wondering if bigger strings will help.

    Yes, bigger strings would help. The bigger the string, the lower you can tune it and still have some tension. try to find a .110 for your low E, and it should have less flap.
