I just got a used LS2 and am getting a huge volume drop out of it. Plugged it in line with other pedals and a multi power supply and alone with its own 9v adapter and got the volume drop with both. Don't have any batteries around. Is this normal or a bad unit?

That's not normal, do the level knobs still work? 12 o'clock should be unity gain for both loops

  3. my ls2 i have to turn up a hair past 12 o'clock. you should be able to compensate with the level knobs, right?

When I had one, I also had to keep my levels at ~1:00 to get unity gain.

Are you getting unity gain from the pedals in your loop when you run everything in series?

I'm getting the loss in the bypass mode and that translates into the loop settings. About a 50% volume drop when adding the LS2 compared to bass straight to amp or through my other effects. Pretty sure its a pedal issue.

  6. Yeah, that's not normal. I bought a roached out one from GC Used and unity is just before noon on the dial.

Check your cables. I had a problem a couple of weeks ago where I had to crank the loop A volume to get unity and I usually have the level right around noon. I had a bad cable on the loop A send. Good luck.
