    watch it and love it.

  4. Way back - even before the series went off the air - we could watch it 3 times a day where I lived in Tallahassee. It was on in the afternoon, then at 7:00 and then late night. Each time was a different episode.

I like it, they show it a bit much down here and Im kinda burnt out on it, so I'll watch it now only when nothing else is on, but I still do love the show, especially the older episodes with Trapper

Long time since I saw it over here - but I thoroughly enjoyed it, in fact the whole family did. The only downside was.were the season(s) that they did the whole canned laughter thing - that sucked a bit.

Other than that it was very funny and moving at times!

    I love M*A*S*H.

I will say I don't care for the early episodes(STILL!).
I actually prefer the episodes with Col. Potter; IMO, the writers really hit their stride about that time into the show.
Winchester had some classic soliliquies/RANTS. ;)

Yeah, that was back before Alan Aldan took control of it. I dont remember who directed it before him, but when he did, he tried to make it too much of a show w/ morals, and a lesson. It wasnt as much of a pure comedy anymore.

  12. Klinger was the best though...He is the only thing that they talk aboot in toledo (ohio) though.... He is like god to them.

My fave Col. Flagg line is when he asks: "Do you believe I could kill you with this finger?"

One of my fave Radar moments is when he tells Frank Burns that he dropped his watch in the latrine and would have looked for it, but decided he didn't really want it back. I used that same line, many, many times when I swallowed my tongue barbell!

What about this one: "Ladies and gentlemen, take my advice -- pull down your pants and slide on the ice."

Anyone see the movie? I didn't think it was half as good as the series, but the theme included lyrics (no lyrics in the TV theme). Bonus!

My mom told me that when the original M*A*S*H went off the air, people in my city had M*A*S*H parties and walked around in surgical gowns and s***. You don't see that kind of commitment to TV anymore!

Anyone get into the M*A*S*H* spinoffs? I know that Trapper John, M.D. was one (although, Wayne didn't play Trapper), but there was another one -- After M*A*S*H, I think.

EDIT: Holy cow! I'm Father Mulcahy!
