I needed to return a pedal to an internet retailer and didn't have time to do it myself yesterday so I sent someone else. They chose USPS Ground Service which is supposed to come with a tracking number but they didn't receive one. Long story short, there's a she said/she said thing going on and I'm not going to get a tracking number for it. Considering it's USPS I'm concerned the package won't arrive. Even if it does arrive, since there's no tracking, what's to stop one of the employees from snaking it and claiming it never arrived? I'll be out the cost of the pedal. Anyone had a situation like this?
