Cool! That's nice work. I used to live right near the Belmont race track. There's some good artists in that neck o' the woods.
yep we've spoken before, I am formerly NovusOrdo. how are ya? Kevin doesn't have a camera, so I'm helping him out.
Very nice stuff, lots of great detail in there. Out here in LA, the artistry tends to be a little more outrageous, a little more "in your face". Probably par for the course for Holly-Wierd. I'd say though, that MM's work is very tasty.
The Tattoo of Saint Michael the ArchAngel is in the Byzantine Iconic style, i got that in the end of August 2004 and it is on my upper outer left arm. The Jesus and Mary tattoo is on the back of my left arm and the Image of Christ is based on this http://jaminmark.catholiccompany.com/product_detail.cfm?ID=3835 and i asked my artist to use an image of the Sorrowful Virgin to match it, i got this tatto in late april 2005.
Man I'm not a religious guy and don't really like the ink because of that... (but thats cool you do cause you wear them and all) But that's really nice work!
I hope that late this summer and into the fall i can finish up the sleeve idea i am working on for this arm.
Nice ink man, I like it a lot, and I usually don't like religious themed tats. Those are tasteful and really wel executed though.
nice, nothings worse than a bunch of patchy tattoo's all over the arms (not saying thats what you have now) I don't get how people could get a little tatto on their forarm an one and like 2 on their upper arms and not wanna sleeve it together.
hey kevin, you should have like Michael's foot stamping on the devil's neck. that would be cool (said in my best beavis and butthead voice)
