Make shift buddha rope-Home Depot

    Bill dickens endorses this thing called the buddha rope, you can see it at the link above.
    basically all that thing is is a peice of rope, its designed to raise the action from different parts of the fretboard, so its harder to play, and strenthens your fingers. It can also isolate your right hand.

    So i went to home depot and got some basic nylon rope. . The skinny one is good to put up near the 1st or 2nd fret, to work on your left hand. The purple in the middle or the greene one is good to put at the end of the fretboard or about the 12th fret, to work on your right hand, or left hand, or both.

    i know its not a substitute for practicing.:)
