I can`t make my own bassline to songs that we make up. I can sometimes but not always. If someone will go over the concepts of it it will help me out alot thanx

http://www.basstabarchive.com. has some basic lessons on composing bass lines. If you want to really make your basslines move then take some theory classes.

What would you do at the theory classes like what do they teach you if you could tell me that would help thanx
  4. Theory will teach you how chords are connected, how to transition between them in multiple ways, and which chords are best in different styles of music. Learning theory will also help you in situations where you're sitting in, and don't know a tune. You will understand how chords follow each other, and makes picking up the song much easier.

Also, listen to the basslines of songs from different styles. If you play punk, listen to country or the blues. Listen to some classical music, Bugs Bunny cartoons, whatever. Listen to all the different basslines you can.

These are the roots of new ideas.
