    Question for the group. I ordered the Sadowsky Preamp Monday morning via PayPal. I haven’t received an email or any form of communication from Sadowsky regarding a purchase. Should I be concerned? Or am I being impatient?

    Is it possible you typed in your email address wrong so any order confirmation or shipping notification got sent to wrong address? Can you log into the website to see what's going with it? What does your Paypal history say?

    That was the I reply received when I reached out to Sadowsky.

    Prior to contacting Sadowsky I did confirm my email address and phone number used in PayPal.

    What does your Paypal history say? I will tell you if/when payment was made etc.....

    I've ordered strings and stuff from Sadowsky, never a problem.
