I expect koala would be pretty tender, at least. But that whole 'lifelong eucolyptus marinade' thing probably would make them taste wierd.

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE! There are two fawns. Twice as cute. Twice as Delicious. Mama Deer was nursing them late yesterday. Dont they know Im a carnivore? then again Im pretty slow. I guess I could get the jeep and try to run them over. But then again it'd tear up the lawn. Once more the Deer are reprieved.
You know, one's probably going to die soon anyway, so you might as well accelerate the process and dine on a little venison veal, eh?
Have you ever had Caribou? It is by far the best wild meat I've ever had. The last two deer I shot were very fine. Something about corn and grain feed venison verse swamp deer. Up in northern MI where poaching is common, Deer season starts when they have spots to aim at.
