Mantic Proverb or Iron Ether Nimbus?

I want a high quality reverb that is for bass. I want it to be very simple to operate. I want this pedal to add a smidge of reverb on indie/college rock stuff from the 80s. Def not for post rock or anything. The Proverb has been demoed by Juan Alderete and Mantic's a bass leaning company, but is it great on bass? I feel as if I've been waiting on Iron Ether forever to be in stock. So Mantic now and forever or Nimbus later and forever?
