This guy sounds surprisingly close to Marcus playing a Warwick :ninja:, seems like an Infinity model.
This is the first Warwick that i've heard to get "that" sound, suposedly Katanas were the jazz sounding model from Warwick.
    Great player also. ;)

Nice tone outta that Warwick but geez, why is he rushing it. He's not locking in with the drummer at all! :rollno:

I'm not surprised that the guy sounds close to Marcus. A huge part of sounding like somebody is studying their lines, and learning how to play them with the right feel. I know I came pretty close to getting the Jaco back pickup sound on a RIckenbacker 4000, and I pretty much nailed the Bernard Edwards sound through that same Rick.

i wouldn't want to lock with that drummer, either! :p:D

  9. Sounds like he rolled off all his bass and rolled to the back pickup.

It sounds like that to you?

He's young i think... maybe that's why he rushes a bit but what impressed me was the sound. I didn't expect that from a Warwick with a humbucker at the bridge and a jazz pup closer to the neck.
Maybe i need to experiment a little more with mine :smug:
