    I already own a 104HF (4x10 ported forward).
I can pickup a 104HR (same 4x10 rear ported) cheap.

Anyone foresee any phasing issues when using them together?

    Thanks.

Port location is moot, but the real test would be to play them both together, and see what happens. Matched cabs are always the better choice.

  3. Only the 'phasing' you get from the further 10 column being around 1/2 a wavelength more distant than the nearer one when you are away to the side.

  4. Cabinet displacement is close , drivers are identical-this should work. I think I would place the rear ported cab on bottom to use the floor and rear wall reflectivity and have the front ported on top closer to ear level for monitoring. Keep up posted.

This is what I was thinking as well.
