does it have enough low end to be a touring 4x10?? i have heard that they lack a low end punch that the front-ported (and heavier) markbass 410's have. is this true?? -Ryan
alright. do you have any suggestions on what 4x10 (preferably on the lighter side) would do the job? i currently have a GK 410rbh and i love it but i have had so many problems with it i'm bailing out. should i trust the brand as a whole and go with another one or a similar model or what other brands would be good?? Thanks, Ryan
+1 Just tried one - it really needs the matching 15 cab to complete the job. You may want to look at the Genz Benz Uber 410.
or either of the Bergantino 410's Have you checked out the new Trace Elliot 410? Maybe look at Mesa Boogie also, though heavier
Most impressive 410 I've tried so far is probably the Genz Benz Uber 410. It takes all the power you want to give it, is lightweight and has rear wheels for tilt back, and sounds nice.
i've always been intrigued by trace elliot but one big turnoff is the lack of a warranty on their bass cabs.... say i disregarded what i said about weight. what is, in your opinion, the best 4x10 that handles at least 400w??? and would it be worth it to fight to either finally get my 410rbh fixed RIGHT or replaced?? -Ryan
