This is an almost new Markbass Marcus Miller 102 cabinet. It has two Speakon connectors, no tweeter control (it's a Marcus Miller cabinet, so ... full treble! ) and a tilt-back cabinet design that makes it an excellent monitor. It's actually a pretty big cabinet so it has a nice full tone with a lot of depth, but it's only 40 pounds and feels quite light in spite of its bulk. I've never taken it out of the house so it's in outstanding condition. I bought it thinking it would be a good at-home cabinet and also a small gig cabinet for when I don't need my Barefaced Big Baby 2's. My opinion hasn't changed, however, while my band is on break because of the pandemic, I've been taking a closer look at the amount of gear I have and decided to downsize and sell the things I'm not making use of. I haven't really used this as I planned to, so I decided it was time to let it go. Because of its size, shipping it wouldn't be worth it for either me or the buyer. Price is $350 for an in-person cash deal. I'd be willing to drive up to about an hour and a half from ZIP code 08053 to meet a buyer halfway. {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} {} You can also find a gallery of the full res versions of these pictures here.
FYI, I'm planning to buy an acoustic guitar soon so I can work on my guitar skills while I've got time during the COVID shutdown. I visited Guitar Center the other day and talked to a guitar player I know who works there and he said that, given its condition, he can give me a good price for the trade in (*). So, if this is still here when I buy that acoustic, I'll trade it in to lower the price of that purchase and take down this ad. Don't lose your opportunity to buy an as-new cabinet for well below the new cabinet price! (*) Yes, I do know how Guitar Center prices their trade ins, so I do have realistic expectations for what that trade in price would be. But I can accept their price in exchange for a quick and easy transaction that applies that amount to a discounted deal on a new instrument.
