I'm playing a TA 501 and I share your sentiment.

I play it through a TC Electronics RS410, which I feel is a great cabinet that is nowadays really cheap for what it is (they had to cut the price since everyone was buying their 201's and 212's). Only disadvantage to me is the weight.

Yeah, it's rather heavy. Also, it's only 8 Ohms which was great for my situation when I got it, but you might want a 4Ohms cab for a 410. With my TA 501 though, I have never even come close to running out of headroom with this cab. Even if I don't get the full 500W from the head, it's really plenty loud.

The previous owner played it through a TC Electronics RS212, which I played when I went to buy the head from him. It sounded great too, and is of course more portable. The 410 can be had for about the same price as the 212 though.

Just picked up an Ampeg 410hlf.To my ears sounded the best.Liked it better than the neo cabs I tried.(avatar, markbass). Also fairly abundant used.Though it took awhile to find one in very good condition.
