Marleaux Basses?

    Great instruments, very comfortable.
    Of course, the gy is in Germany, so depending on your location it might be easy or not to work with him.

    i was at their booth at musikmesse in frankfurt and i had trouble keeping my mouth closed and my shirt dry.

    Tilman an Gerald are just great guys and build extremly good basses. They're Js are a super deal for the price and I love the MBass...

    I tried one out at bass palace the other day. It was one of the Jazz bass kind of ones. Nice instrument - a little high-fi for my taste, but has enough edge to get nasty. Definately not a substitute for a good jazz bass but a nice bass in its own right.
