SOLD Marshall JCM 900 model4100 $1100

For sale is a Marshall model 4100 100 watt head with a model 1960a cabinet. The cabinet is a JCM 800 which has the Mono inout which I perfer.

The amp is in nice shape espically considering its age. I have a set of 6L6 JAN output tubes, 4 of them, with less than 10 hours on them . The preamp tubes were, as I recall old time glass with at least one or two being Mullards. If you think the price is too high I can remove the glass and cut the price. I realize some perfer their own tubes.

This setups sound great but is kinda loud. Thus the low hours. If you don't think the JCM 900 is a good sounding amp have you ever tried one with quality tubes in it rather than the Chinese tubes everyone uses?

Sound great, loud and heavy. Part of the Marshall expirence. This is listed for a local deal only. I'm in New Jersey minutes for Rt 80 exit 37. Has the foot switch.

Interested? You may find one cheaper but ask Dave how much it would be to replace and bias the power tubes with his JAN 6L6s.
