Marshall MB4210?

Hey folks,
Anyone have experience with these units? I saw in an earlier thread that the early run had QC issues.
I'm selling a Sire V7 and someone offered this in trade (link below). I have to do some research, but thought I'd poll the fine folks of this forum too. Thanks!

I should mention that I'm not gonna be playing anywhere by my basement, but looking for something that can do quiet practice and neighbor annoying. With some tone shaping in both instances. I had a Hartke TX600 into an Ampeg Portaflex 210, but sold the head because the headphone out was pre-eq, yada yada.
