I just bought another bass, and my guitar playing days are getting fewer and fewer. As great as a guitar as it is, I can't justify keeping her when there's a good home out there somewhere where she will get played. It is a 1992 D18V This was a limited edition (218 were made) signed by CF Martin and precedes the in-line D18V by several years. I am the original owner. It is in very good condition with three dings none of which are serious ( shown in photos 3-5). It comes with a select nice wide grained Sitka Spruce top, Scalloped forward bracing, Ebony fingerboard, pre-war "V" style mahogany neck, Ebony bridge plate, Rosewood face plate. It also includes a LR Baggs active (bridge plate mounted) pickup installed by Elderly music. It sounds great with the volume, clarity, and evenness of tone 18's are known for, and has an excellent action even with medium strings. It comes with the OEM case. I prefer Pay-pal, but will take a cashiers check or money order (as long as it's not for additional funds from the bank of Nigeria). If you want to check my feed back, I'm on Ebay as Burk482 with lots of transactions. OK, I'm asking 1550 Plus 60$ shipping in the continental US Well I'll now take 1400 plus shipping (60$)

    I have a 2003 D18V and I could not love it more. Crisp...woody...bright. Mmmm.

This is a steal at $1550.

Still up for sale. The only trade I would consider is something I could turn fast. I'm looking for funds, the reserves are getting low.

Price Reduced to 1400 plus shipping! This is a great deal on an exceptional Martin. I've played a lot of 28's that I wouldn't trade it for. It has a great tone and will cut thru a couple of other boxes when flatpicking or playing lead. It has a great top, that projects nicely.
