Reluctantly letting this go. This thing is too nice to go unused, and sadly I have more instruments than time to play these days.

This bass is top shelf in every way! Fantastic build quality, feel, and tone. I now understand the deserved buzz behind Martin’s basses.

The bass and Protec Contego bag are in stellar (like new?) condition.

I haven’t touched the set up since I got it. It’s dialed in with LOW action for light touch. Strung E to C with Fodera Ultralight nickels. Plays so easily!! Spacing at bridge is adjustable. 16.5 to 18.5 mm I believe. It’s a Hipshot bridge.

Aguilar Super Doubles and 4 band Audere preamp are super versatile and sound wonderful!

    Original owner’s thread:
TRADED - Martin Keith Elfin 5-string Bass - 33” scale

He sold it to go back to 4s due to hand issues.

    More info from PO:
SOLD - PRICE DROP: 2019 Martin Keith Elfin Custom 5 String, Figured Maple/Alder/Wenge, 33" Scale

He sold it b/c he preferred his Skjolds.

This bass originally sold for nearly $4k in 2019.

This piece is sooo verrrry nice and could pass for new. Can’t be many hours on it. Grab a deal and break her in!

Start a private convo if interested, before I regain my senses!

Thanks. Yeah I agree. It’s great for sure. This one is light too. The neck and fretwork are fantastic. The tone too. Wait, why did I post this?

I love my Martin Keith basses! I have one with a Wenge neck and fretboard and it is just amazing!

Willing to entertain reasonable offers. Worst I’ll do is politely decline.

Good morning. Do you know this bass responds, when strung B-G?

I believe the bass was originally designed for B to G tuning, so should work just fine. I have not tried it myself.

    Deal pending...
