Today, I was out w/ my drummer and guitarist, and we were in the music, and stopped by a local place (Russel Music) and they had a Mash fretless 5 w/ fretlines. It was 1200 used. It was awesome! Bart electronics, smooth neck, good B string. If I had the money, I would have walked out of there with it.

It was natural finished, tung oil, I think, and had a quilted maple top and neck, set neck construction, and a fretboard that I'm pretty sure was a composite. Very smooth, fast neck. Low action and a nice full sound rounded out the package.

Anyone else try a Mash bass?
