O.k., I have the Demeter and I want to mate it to my PLX 2402, I know how to configure the amp, but what is the best output to use for running into the amp? Balanced, unbalanced or use the XLR?

well I've used the balanced outs (with a three conductor balanced cable of course) in to a Crown with success. The signal was WAY hot, plus my 535 has a hot output as well so the whole signal path was hot. So I was running with alot lower less gain on the volume control.

Other than that, the unbalanced out wasen't any noiser, just less voltage.
Unless your pre-amp is 5 miles away from your power amp I don't see much advantage in running a balanced line unless its a long cable.

Never tried the DI output going into a power amp input, so no comment.
