For Sale / Trade my Mayones BE5 Elite 5 string

For those of you who are familiar with Mayones basses, you'll know they are built to seriously high standards and are fantastic instruments to play.

This bass is in beautiful shape, plays extremely well and has a killer aesthetic design, there's no slack in the low B, it's tight, punchy and really articulated.

It's both passive & active with a 2 band powerful Seymour Duncan pre-amp.

It weight 8.4 lbs on the scale.

I'm selling her because as much as I wanted to transition into playing a 5 string ... I'm just so much more comfortable on 4 string basses and this bass just sits in it's case and that's a shame. The Hard Shell case is included too.

I'd really like to sell her for cash but I would consider trades +/- cash on either end. Buyer pays for shipping.

FWIW - The Valer Morghulis truss rod cover has been replaced with the original Mayones "BE Elite" cover

I'd consider trading her for a Sandberg Californa, a Stingray Classic, A Zon, An MIA vintage Fender P or P/J bass or any other interesting bass in the same price range.
