Men At Work's Greg Ham Has Died

    :-( Cause of death unknown at this point.

    Though he was not the bass player for the band, since he was a multi-instrumentalist, i have no doubt he could play. For the few years they were together, they put out some fun music, and Ham was a HUGE part in that fun. He had an energy, much like Paul Hester from Crowded House, that shone through on both the recordings and live performances.

    Very sad. I was a big Men at Work fan growing up. RIP

    These guys were breaking big at the same time my musical ears were coming of age. They kinda stood out amongst all of the MTV pablum of the time. RIP.

    I had the pleasure of working with Greg on some of Colin Hay's solo gigs around ten years ago or so. He was an extremely funny, intelligent guy and truly uninhibited on stage. He will be missed.
