    Howdy,

    This fine amp was serviced and retubed within the past few years, and it’s been used sparingly since. The original owner babied it, and it has lived its life in a heavy duty rack case. It sounds fantastic, functions perfectly, and it’s in very good, clean condition for an amp of its age.

    Although it’s relatively light for a tube head, I’m not currently interested in shipping, but someone in the MD/DC/VA/PA area will get a great deal.

    As for trades, I’m interested mainly in delay and reverb pedals, Barefaced cabs, medium scale basses and Moog synths.

    I’m sure she sounds as good or better than She looks which is fantastic!

    I was lucky enough to own one of these in another lifetime; it made everything sound great, no preamp or pedals required. A bit bulky but thats the price for The Tone.

    I gigged and toured with one of these about two decades ago, and that amp is what got me hooked on Mesa Engineering and their bass amps (I still own three of them today). Someone will be getting an absolute monster of an amp here, and I wish that I needed another bass amp, but alas there are currently five amp heads and two combo amps in my house already.

    I used one of these while filling in for someone, using his rig for a few months. Exceptional.

    I still have one, I only gig on it...occasionally I plug in on a practice and am just overwhelmed at how much better and powerful this amp is on 2 with gain at 6, the walls in most venues shake!

    I agree with all of the testimonials. Now someone should buy the amp from me so I can waste the money on impractical pedals and synths I don’t really need.
